Short History of F. W. Houder, Inc.

Founded in 1986 and incorporated in 1987, F. W. Houder, Inc. successfully operates in the five county Philadelphia area, and occasionally in southern New Jersey. Our customer base is filled with many repeat customers and this forms the backbone of our business.

The company has grown over the past twenty years. We operate as a General Contractor and Construction Manager specializing in commercial and industrial work with a small portion of our revenue from select high-end residential projects.

The company employs 20 full and part time employees consisting of engineers, surveyors, estimators, project managers, superintendents, carpenters, cement finishers, equipment operators and laborers. All are oriented to the quality performance standards our firm requires.
